Jeremy Paul Steele, age 44, of Auburn, IN passed away Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at his home. He was born in Fort Wayne to Kerry and Nancy Steele of Columbia City, IN. Jeremy was a graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School and later completed his Master's degree from the University of St. Francis in Healthcare Administration. He worked in Medical Sales for 15 years and was a member of Blackhawk Ministries. Jeremy loved animals and was especially passionate about his volunteer work with the Illinois Doberman Rescue. He was an avid deer hunter. He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Kelly Steele of Auburn, IN; siblings, Chris (Christina) Steele of Fort Wayne, Kim (Brandon) Rentfrow of Fort Wayne, and Stacey (Dan) Lockhart of Huntertown, IN; nieces and nephews, Jerrod, Devin, Audrey, Layah, Grace, Cheyenne, Tanin, and Stefin. A memorial service is 11:00 am, Wednesday, October 11, 2023 at Blackhawk Ministries, 7400 E. State Blvd. Fort Wayne with calling two hours prior.
