Jennifer Irene Bauer, 55, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Monday July 28th, 2025. She was born in Fort Wayne to Crayton and Peggy McCleery, who survive. Jennifer was a graduate of New Haven High School class of 1989. She was a lifelong Fort Wayne resident and worked for Bolt Custom Trucks in New Haven for nearly 15 years.
Jennifer was an avid Purdue Boilermakers fan and a New York Yankees fan. She looked forward to beach vacations, but most importantly, she loved her family and being a grandma to her 4 grandchildren.
Jennifer is survived by her sons, Trent (Kelsey) Bauer, Tyler (Yasmin) Bauer; 4 grandchildren, Leksey, Schyler, Nala, and Brinlynn; brother, Jeffrey (Gina) McCleery; grand dog, Daisy; and many extended family members whom she cherished.
A funeral service will take place on Monday August 11, 2025 at 12 pm with visitation starting 2 hours prior at 10 am, at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials may be directed to the family for her grandchildren's education fund. "Love You to the Moon and Back."
