Jeffrey Dale Skinner, age 59, passed away Saturday, July 29, 2023 in Marion, IN. He was born in Lorain, OH to the late William Skinner and Wilma Wooten. Jeff worked in operations for the Walmart Distribution Center in Gas City, IN. He was an avid bowler participating in several leagues and will be remembered for his cooking, especially breakfasts with his grandchildren. He loved surrounding himself with family and friends and enjoyed spending time around a fire. Jeff is survived by his children, Amanda Skinner of Fort Wayne; three grandchildren, Alaythia, Sutherland, and Wrenleigh; siblings, Charles (Carmen) Skinner, Cecil Skinner, Roger Skinner, Ralph (Reva) Skinner, Deborah (Joe) McKiel, Loretta Ortiz, John Skinner, and Kimberly Milam. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Norma Reeves; brother, Stephen Wooten, brother-in-law, Chad Milam; and sister-in-law, Katie Skinner. Service is 1:00 pm, Saturday, August 5, 2023 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. with calling two hours prior beginning at 11:00 am.
