Jeffrey T. Moore, Jr., age 30, passed away Friday, January 1, 2021 in Fort Wayne. Jeffrey enjoyed gatherings with friends and family. He was loved by many and will be missed. He is survived by his father, Jeffrey Drake and mother, Virginia Moore; son, Jayden Moore; siblings, Jejuan Moore, Justin Rice, and Italia (Elijah) Nchang; and grandparents, Wilethon Boyce and Dora Reed.
