Jeffrey D. Eastwood, 60, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Saturday October 3rd 2020. A lifelong resident of Fort Wayne, Jeff was a member of Pathway Community Church. Some of Jeff's interests included photography, hunting and supporting the Allen County SPCA. He cherished his family and will be greatly missed. Jeff is survived by his daughter, Kelli (Zach) Menz; grand daughter Brooklyn; mother, Sharon Monical. Services for Jeff will be private.
