Obituary
Jeff Meade, 66, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Friday, September 26, 2025. He was born to the late Alvis and Velera (Grey) Meade on December 9, 1958 in Bluffton, IN. He graduated from Bluffton High School. Jeff retired after being a truck driver for many years.
Jeff is survived by his girlfriend of 15 years, Kathy Kennedy; daughter, Corie Meade; step-children, Tammy (Mike) Gould and Todd Soper; brothers, Rex Meade and Mike (Mary Dean) Meade; grandkids, Tre Meade, Maykala Gould, Alex Gould, Paisley Soper, and Reagan Soper; great-granddaughter, Addy Sloan; and several nieces and nephews. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Pat Meade, Tim Meade, and Greg Meade.
A Celebration of Life will be on Saturday, October 11 th , 2025 from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Jeff and Kathy's home.
