Jean Ann (Kintigh) Oser, 79, passed away Monday, July 26, 2021 at Coventry Meadows in Fort Wayne. Born in Lansing, Michigan, Jean a daughter to the late Lowell and Mary Kay Kintigh. Jean earned her bachelor's degree from Miami of Ohio and her master's degree in social work from the University of St. Francis. Jean and her close friend Mary Reiter founded Consulting & Counseling Associates in 1984. Jean was an avid reader and loved being on the beach reading a book. She was a very good cook and baker. In her younger years she was an avid tennis player. Surviving are her husband, Michael "Dennis" Oser; children, Scott (Tiffany) Oser, Kathryn Oser; grandchildren, Quentin, Sophia, Brianna, Nicholas; and one great-granddaughter, Aria. Jean was preceded in death by her sisters, Sue Augenstein and Sandra Hargitt. Private Family Services. Memorials may be made to the Mental Health American of NE Indiana.
