Obituary
Janet Mae Studle, 93, passed away on Wednesday, February 19, 2025. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Janet was a daughter of the late Michael and Ruth (Bennett) Weidner. During her working years, Janet worked as a factory worker. Janet enjoyed being at their lake house on Big Lake, fishing, cooking, along with watching TV. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. Surviving are her children, Richard (Janice) Babcock, of Fort Wayne, Tom (Joyce) Studle of Columbia City, Mike Studle of Texas, Jim (Angie) Studle of Leo, Doug (Connie Severit) Lamboley of Columbia City; 20 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Janet was preceded in death by her husband of 72 years, James Studle, and her siblings. Cemetery Service is 11 am, Monday, February 24, 2025 at Catholic Cemetery, 3500 Lake Avenue. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Whitley County. FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Service is handling arrangements.
