James D. Woolf Jr., 67, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2025, in Fort Wayne. He was born in Jonesboro, Arkansas, to the late James Woolf Sr. and Carolyn Woolf. James enjoyed his 30 plus years career at Powerplant Service. Outside of his work, he enjoyed sitting in his garage listening to music and enjoying a nice cocktail. James was a car guy and knew everything there was to know about them. Above all, James was a man who deeply loved his family, including his cherished grandchildren. James is survived by his wife of 30 years, Michelle Woolf; three children, Jessica (Dave) McGuire, Nick (Jenna) Plant, and Sarah (Randy) Dreibelbis; nine grandchildren; and two sisters, Elizabeth (Pete) Ridlon and Annelle (Steve) Mauer.
