James P. Calloway, 81, of Fort Wayne, passed away on August 10th. James was born in Pemberton, West Virginia to parents, Preston and Beatrice Calloway. James honorably served his country in the United States Navy. He was a supervisor of housekeeping at Lutheran Hospital before retiring after 20 years of service. James is survived by sons, Darryl, Jan Calloway and Kyle (Donna) Calloway. Also surviving are James's sisters Mary Cabell, Doris Gore, and brother Tracy Calloway, 6 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Saturday August 18th from 11:00 am until 12:00pm with service at noon at New Covenant Worship Center, 3420 E. Paulding Rd in Fort Wayne.
