Jacqueline A. Nichols, 73 of Fort Wayne died Friday, March 31, surrounded by her family and friends in her home.
Jackie was a homemaker and loved caring for her family. She was an active member of The Chapel and served on the communion committee and also sang in the choir. Jackie was also a hospice volunteer and volunteered for Super Sixties at Blackhawk Church. She loved her family and her Lord Jesus Christ. Special thank you to Heartland Hospice.
She is survived by her loving husband Keith Nichols, son Mark Nichols, daughter Debra (Gary) Guy, 4 grandchildren Emily (Steve) Bruckman, Adam (Jodi) Guy, Sarah (Michael) Guy and Hannah (Eric) Bangma; great granddaughter Norah Jacqueline Guy and a dear friend Jeff Markulik. Preceded in death by her parents and sister Martha Martin.
Funeral service will be 11:00am Thursday, April 6, 2017 at The Chapel, 2505 West Hamilton Road, Fort Wayne, with viewing 1 hour prior to service. Visitation will be 5pm.-7p.m. Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at FairHaven Funeral Home. Burial will be in Concordia Lutheran Cemetery Fort Wayne, IN.
