Jack 'Squishy' Diehm, age 14, passed away March 4, 2024, in Fort Wayne. He was born in Fort Wayne and attended FWVA. Jack loved traveling with his mom (the inseparable pair) and their endless shenanigans which included, rock picking on beaches, crossing lighthouses off their lighthouse passport, following the road, wherever it may lead all while jamming out to their favorite tunes along the way. He also loved welding, riding his minibike, and his lifelong plan was to join the United States Marine Corps and defend his country. He is survived by (according to Jack) his beautiful mom, Taryn, and his dad (the 5-0), Craig Kiger; grandpa/partner in crime, Bill Diehm; grandmother/the one who never says no, Jo Ann Diehm; Great Aunt, Patricia Pressler/The sweetest Aunt; and Godfather and Jack's first best friend, Tavio Gutierrez. Private family services will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family to be used as a memorial brick to be placed at Jack's favorite lighthouse.
