Izaak Ray Moore, born on October 29, 2004, passed away on October 21, 2024. Izaak was a young man with a zest for life and an adventurous spirit. He found peace in nature, whether he was out fishing, hunting, or simply enjoying the world around him. A talented painter, Izaak expressed himself through his art, capturing moments and emotions with each brushstroke. He loved listening to music, a constant companion that brought him joy, and he shared a special bond with his beloved dog, Lilo, who was always by his side.
Izaak is lovingly remembered by his parents, Cody and Maricela Moore; his girlfriend, Sam Buse; and his siblings, David, Raelynn, Athena, Elijah, Scarlett, and Lucas Smith, along with his many other dear brothers and sisters. Izaak's biological parents, Burdine and Mandy Cole, and his biological siblings also survive him. His "four-legged baby girl," Lilo, will forever miss his companionship and care.
A visitation to honor Izaak's life will be held on Monday, November 4, 2024, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at First Assembly of God, located at 1400 W. Washington Center Rd. in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Arrangements have been entrusted to FairHaven Funeral Home.
Izaak's warmth, creativity, and love for family and friends will remain with those who knew him. He will be missed.
