Horst Teifert, 86, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Thursday August 19th at The Cedars in Leo. He was a surveyor with Allen County. Horst is survived by his wife, Cecilia; son, Norbert Lee (Deborah). There will be a memorial service on Thursday August 26th, at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N Clinton St) at 6 pm with visitation 1 hour prior. Preferred memorials may be directed to St Jude's Children's Hospital.
