H. Annette Spade, 74, passed away Saturday, August 28, 2021 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Annette was the daughter of the late John and Valda Butler. Annette graduated from Central Catholic High School and earned her degree in cosmetology from Wayne University. She was a hair dresser for over 40 years prior to her retirement. She was a member of the American Legion Post 47 for 28 years. She was an avid fan of Notre Dame, Indiana, Colts, Packers, and Auto Racing. Surviving are her husband of 53 years, Fred Spade; children Fred (Linda) Spade, Eric Spade, Anthony (Sherry) Spade; grandchildren, Samantha, Patrick, Heather, Alyssa, Nathan; great-grandson, Leo; brother, Greg (Judy) Butler; sister-in-law, Bonnie Bruner; nieces and nephews, Laura, Mike, Patty, Kathy, Marc, Sara; and Bestie, Mary Bordner. Annette was preceded in death by her sister, Theresa Butler; brother-in-law, Clarence Bruner; and her dog, Rusty. Private Family Services. Memorials may be made to Parkview Home, Health, and Hospice.
