Helen M. Batuello, 93, passed away peacefully on Tuesday December 29th in Fort Wayne. Born in Bicknell, IN in 1927 to the late Emil and Violet Stremming. Helen married Baptiste Batuello in 1947 in Bicknell. They raised their family in Indianapolis where she resided until she moved to Fort Wayne 3 years ago. Helen owned and operated her own court reporting business for 30 years in Indianapolis. She enjoyed playing the piano for family and friends in her free time.
Helen is survived by her sons; John (Cathy) Batuello of Fort Wayne, and Michael (Terri) Batuello of Louisville; 6 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; she was preceded in death by her husband in 1988; 2 brothers, Charles and Raymond. A graveside service for Helen will take place on Thursday, January 7th 2021 at Salem United Church of Christ church cemetery in WestPhalia, IN at 1:00 pm. Preferred memorial in Helen's honor may be directed to American Cancer Society. Arrangements entrusted to FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
