Hannah Aileen Klimek, 27, of Fort Wayne passed away on August 23rd 2022 and now lives with and in Jesus and our memories. The brightest flower in the gardens of our hearts, she loved music (especially Taylor Swift & John Mayer), art, and helping others. She is survived by her parents Gary and Tammy, brothers Benjamin (Brandy) Klimek, Luke (Cydney) Klimek, sister Grace Klimek, 5 grandparents, 9 aunts & uncles, numerous cousins, and her beloved nephew & nieces Elliott, Alice, & Lúthien Klimek. A celebration of life is planned for Sept. 11th from 2-4p at Harvest Fellowship Church located at 1001 W Wallen Rd, Fort Wayne IN 46825.
