Gwendolyn L. Welker, 48, passed away Thursday, March 12th, 2020 at Cleveland, OH. She was born in Muncie, IN to the late Carl Sr. and Victoria Hardin. Gwendolyn lovingly cared for her family as a homemaker. She loved playing bingo and cooking meals for her friends and family. Gwendolyn is survived by her husband Rick Welker of Fort Wayne; daughters, Hayley Cavanaugh and Morgan (Dustin) Stephen both of Portland, IN; step-son, Gregory Welker of Fort Wayne; 4 grandchildren; siblings, Brenda (Randy) Wolfe of Bluffton, IN, Johnnie Ridge of Bluffton, IN, Cindy (Todd) Landrum of Berne, IN, Carl Hardin, Jr. of Bluffton, IN, Betty (Jeff) Bolding of Warren, IN, Billy (Sheila) Maggard of Muncie, IN and Hope Garrett of Muncie, IN. She was preceded in death by her dog, Fred. Service and calling hours will be private due to CDC's large community gathering guidelines. Burial at Highland Park Cemetery.
