Gregory A. Fabini, 64, passed away on Sunday, July 9, 2023. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Greg was a son of Joseph Fabini and the late Janet Powell. Greg graduated from Huntington Catholic High School. He worked for Fabini's Auto Trim for many years with his family. From when Greg was a young boy he loved racing. He was involved in Motocross and loved watching all racing spectacles. He and his companion Maureen "Mo" Maher even would travel to tracks to experience racing behind the wheel. He and Mo also enjoyed going to "live music" concerts. He didn't really enjoy doing yardwork but at the same time knew it was his job and it needed done. Greg was planning on retiring soon to move to Texas and to enjoy the nicer weather and relax. Surviving are his longtime companion, Maureen "Mo" Maher; children, Nick Fabini, Natalie (Steve Strabbing) Fabini; 6 grandchildren; and sister, Julie (Tom) Niblick. Greg was preceded in death by his brothers, Jeffrey and Joey Fabini. A Celebration of Greg's Life will be on Sunday, July 16, 2023 from 3 pm to 7 pm at Park Edelweiss Reception Hall, 3355 Elmhurst Drive Fort Wayne, Indiana 46809.
