Grant Douglas Fyock, 39, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021 at Indiana University Hospital. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Grant was the son of Douglas and Barbara Fyock. Grant graduated from Snider High School, class of 1999. He went on to attend Indiana University and was a member of Sigma Nu Fraternity. Grant was in the landscaping industry prior to his transition to EasterSeals Arc. He was a dedicated father of his children and loved being involved in their sporting events. Grant met the love of his life in Middle School, Lindsay Gibson, and for 24 years they shared a wonderful life together. He was an avid music lover. Grant enjoyed going to concerts, and sporting events. Nothing in this world was more important to Grant than his family. Surviving are his loving partner, Lindsay Gibson; children, Jude Fyock, Phineas Fyock; parents, Douglas (Cynthia) Fyock, Barbara Fyock; sister, Gretchen (Michael) Hamilton; mother and father in-law, Rick and Marsha Gibson; sister-in-law, Leslie (Greg Reed) Gibson; brother-in-law, Luke Gibson; nieces and nephews, Ellasyn, Julianna, Avery, and Cole. Grant was preceded in death by his nephew, Aiden Reed. Calling is Monday, January 11, 2021 at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton Street, from 4 pm to 8 pm.
