Gladys V. Zehr, 91, passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021 in Leo, IN. She was born in Fort Wayne to the late Harry and Carrie Preston. Gladys worked as a waitress at the Grabill Inn for over 25 years and also cared for her family as a homemaker. She was a longtime member at the Church of the Good Shepherd of Leo, IN. Gladys is survived by her two sons, Steve (Anne) Zehr of Leo, IN, and Richard "Rick" (Jeanne) Zehr of Grabill, IN; five grandchildren, Carrie (Matt) Roberts, Krista (Ron) Poper, Clinton (Heather) Zehr, Korey (Lindsay) Zehr, and Kevin Zehr; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband of 67 years, Samuel Zehr; daughter, Sherry Gerig; three brothers; and two sisters. Service is 7:00 pm, Thursday, October 21, 2021 at Central Ministries: Leo Campus, 14717 Amstutz Rd, with calling three hours prior beginning at 4:00 pm.
