George T. Wall, 85, of Fort Wayne, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026. He was born to the late George E. and Saville G. (Sprunger) Wall on September 9, 1940 in Fort Wayne. George graduated from Central High School in 1959. He served in the Air Force for four years from 1960 to 1964. George also served in the National Guard for 23 years. He retired from GE. He received his associate’s degree in management from IPFW. George was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church. He enjoyed photography, painting with oils and acrylic, driving and visiting their favorite parts of the US.

George is survived by his daughter, Katherine “Kathy” Wall; step-children, Becki (Jim) Boes, Stanley (TongXin) Morrical, and Suzanne (Andy) Alexander; granddaughter, Claire Morrical; sister, Pat Hawkins; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sarah V. Tuck Morrical Wall; step-daughter, Barb Nietert; sister, Jane (William E. II) Vanderford; and brother-in-law, Jim Hawkins.

A memorial service will be on Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 11:00 am at Messiah Lutheran Church (7211 Stellhorn Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46815).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Messiah Lutheran Church or the Wounded Warriers.
