Obituary
Frank R. Cechvala, 78, passed away October 14, 2017. Born in Ford City, PA. He was the son of Frank and Isabella Kovalovsky Cechvala.
Frank honorably served in the Navy as an Electronics Technician aboard the USS Frontier.
He graduated with a Bachelors degree in Engineering and Mathematics from Indiana Institute of Technology, Fort Wayne.
During his career he memorably worked as an engineer at Joslyn Stainless Steel, Memcor E-systems, Magnavox, ITT, finding his niche along the way as a Printed Circuit Board Designer.
Frank was an avid collector of antique toys enjoying flea-markets and garage sales in his spare time. He was also a lifetime member of the California Scottish Rite Research Society.
Survivors are sons; Joseph(Amy) Cechvala, Roi Cechvala, daughter Gina (Daniel) Campos of and four Grandchildren
A memorial service will take place at 1 p.m. Wednesday October 25, 2017 at FairHaven Funeral Home 6557 N. Clinton St. Fort Wayne, IN 46825
In lieu of flowers a memorial contribution can be made to Shepherd's House of Ft. Wayne.
