Francis Diana Turner, 70, of Fort Wayne died Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Parkview Regional Medical Center. Born November 24, 1947 in Illinois, she was a daughter of the late Allen and Nellie Green.
Surviving are her sons, Keith Miller and Heath Miller; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Wanda Hinklin; brother, John Green. She was preceded in death by husband, Kenneth Turner and brother, Charlie Green.
