Faith Anne (Shaw) Purkiser, 50, passed away on Friday, May 2nd, 2025. She was born in Fort Wayne on March 2nd, 1975 to Patricia Blasco and the late Marion J. Prine. She graduated from Wayne High School in 1993. Faith loved her boys Owen and Henry fiercely. Her husband Matt was the love of life since 1993 when they met. Faith enjoyed music and going to concerts. She had so much fun serving at Deer Park Irish Pub. Faith had a soft heart for any animal in need. She shared her light and love with everyone she encountered.

Faith is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Matt Purkiser; sons, Henry Matthew and Owen Paul Purkiser; mother, Patricia (Joe) Blasco; sister, PJ Bennett; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Tom and Karen Purkiser; sister-in-law, Erika Purkiser; nieces and nephews, Amanda (Ryan) Pace, Taylor Pace, Claire (James) Crozier Fields, Jacob (Elizabeth) Crozier, Ryan Bennett, Aaron Bennett, Evan Meynier and Elliott Meynier; and countless family and friends who loved her.

She was preceded in death by her father, Marion "Jim" Prine; and sister, Tina Prine. She is surely having a beer with them on a patio in paradise.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th, 2025 at 4:00 pm with visitation beginning at 1:00 pm until the time of service at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services (6557 N.
