Eugene Kohn, age 77, died on November 30, 2018 following over a decade-long battle with Parkinson's Disease. He was a strong and faithful Christian who loved and cherished the time he spent with his children, 13 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren. He was an avid Purdue fan as an alumnus, and never lost his thirst for knowledge. He was known as "Gene the Machine" for his strength, perseverance, and can-do attitude. He will be greatly missed and forever in the hearts of his wife, Kathleen; son, John; daughters, Gena Shepard and Jennifer (John) Rehder; 2 stepsons; and all his family and friends. Mass of Christian Resurrection is 1:30pm, Monday, December 10, 2018 at St. Anne Home and Retirement Community, 1900 Randallia Dr., with calling one hour prior.
