Estrella D. Bowers, 62 , passed away Monday, July 16th, 2018 in Fort Wayne. She was born in Managua, Nicaragua to the late Victor and Mercedes Sanchez. She is survived by her husband, Kerry Bowers; daughter, Marcela Sanchez; 2 granddaughters, Breanna Mendoza and Kaitlyn Mendoza all of Fort Wayne; sisters, Maria Teresa Sanchez, Maria Felix Ruiz, and Ines Sanchez. Estrella was preceded in death by her parents, and brother, Faustino Sanchez. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 am, Thursday, July 19, 2018 at St. Jude Catholic Church, 2130 Pemberton Dr, with calling one hour prior.
