Ernest Wheeler Jr., age 62, passed away Monday, December 28, 2020 at his home in Fort Wayne. He was born in Brooklyn, NY to the late Ernest and Elizabeth Wheeler. Ernest worked as a fork lift operator for several local companies. He is survived by his wife, Juanita Wheeler of Fort Wayne; son, Ernest Wheeler of Raleigh, NC; step-children, Gregory Goff, Christina Gentry, Clinton Goff, and Lois Goff; eleven grandchildren; siblings, Carol Stubbs of Fayetteville, NC and Jesse Wheeler of Fort Wayne; and several nieces.
