Erin Baker, 49, passed away Wednesday, August 13, 2025, in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She was born in Flemington, New Jersey to the late William and Judith Gillen. She grew up in Clinton, New Jersey and Hyde Park, New York. She was a 1994 graduate of FDR High School and attended Dutchess Communtiy College, before moving to Fort Wayne. She was employed at Burlington, VonMaur, Old Navy and most recently was an assistant manager at Christopher and Banks. She enjoyed reading and had a deep love for animals, including her cat, Lars. She also enjoyed spending her time on the beach along the water. Erin is survived by her sister, Kathleen (Kevin) Jones; brother, Bill Gillen; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and her dear cat Lars. She was preceded in death by her sister, Maureen. There are no services. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
