Eloise Anna Rose Slater was born sleeping on July 4, 2024 in Fort Wayne, IN. Eloise is survived by her loving parents, Hannah and Kevin Slater; and six siblings, Isabelle, Landon, Elliott, Norah, Ingrid, and Jack. She was preceded in death by baby Daisy. A funeral service will be held at Fairhaven Funeral Home (6557 N. Clinton Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46825) on Wednesday, July, 10th, at noon, with a burial to follow at Concordia Gardens Cemetery.
