Elizabeth Overholt of Harlan, IN, passed away on June 30th, 2026 at the age of 16. She was born on October 7th, 2009, to Ryan and Jaime Overholt in Fort Wayne, IN. Elizabeth was being Homeschooled and was entering her Junior year. She was enjoying her work as a barista at Genesis House in Antwerp, OH. Elizabeth enjoyed being with family, making coffee, playing soccer, taking self defense classes, and thrifting. She was known for being artistic, creative, courageous, confident, and classy. Elizabeth was a beautiful young woman and was joyful, pure-hearted, fierce, strong, fearless, and adventurous. Most importantly, Elizabeth was a devout follower of Christ and is rejoicing with her Savior in Heaven. Elizabeth is survived and deeply loved by her parents Ryan and Jaime; her siblings Braeden, Benjamin and his wife Ali and daughter Juniper, Dane, Logan, and Amelia; and her grandparents Harold and Leslie DeVaux, and Tom and Thelma Overholt. A celebration of Elizabeth’s life will take place on July 6th, at 6 pm, located at Headwaters Church, 2000 N Wells St. Fort Wayne, IN. A fellowship will take place at Headwaters Church following the service.
