Elizabeth Alitza Harris (Corky), age 55, went to be with the Lord on March 6, 2026, in Fort Wayne, IN. She was held by her children as she transitioned into Heaven.

Elizabeth owned and operated her own beauty salon, Lizziebella’s Hair Design, for over 13 years. She believed her business was where she was able to minister. She established a clientele that flourished into lifelong friends and family. They laughed, cried, and often prayed together

during appointments.

Elizabeth recently began attending ITOWN Church in Bluffton, IN. Although she was not a member very long before her passing, she was grateful for the connections made during her time there. She felt a great sense of pride in belonging to a church that was rooted in community.

Elizabeth dedicated her life to raising her two children, while simultaneously creating a loving environment for anyone who met her. She was truly the epitome of genuine kindness. Her nurturing nature was rooted in her love for God. Although we are deeply devastated by this loss, we rejoice in the fact that she is reunited with her mother, whom she missed greatly.

Elizabeth was born in Paulding, OH to her parents Phil Harris Sr., who survives, and the late Bonnie May Harris. She is also survived by her children, Alitza Harris and Terrell Coleman; siblings, Deb (David) Hoch, Barbara (Eric) Nicholson, and Phil (Susan) Harris Jr.

Please join us in celebrating Elizabeth's life and homegoing. Visitation will be at FairHaven Funeral Home on Friday, March 13th from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. Funeral Services for Elizabeth will take place on Saturday, March 14th at 1 pm, with visitation one hour prior, also at FairHaven Funeral Home. (6557 N. Clinton St, Fort Wayne, IN).
