Dung H. Pham, 54, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2021 in Fort Wayne. He was born in Vietnam and worked for BRC Rubber & Plastics of Churubusco, IN. Dung was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church. He is survived by his his wife, Dung Nguyen, two daughters, Tram Pham and Thuy Pham; mother, Quy Tran; grandson, Anthony Pham; sisters, Tuyet (Hai Nguyen) Pham and Nikki (Buu Le) Tran; and several nieces and nephews. Dung was preceded in death by his father, Hoa Huu Pham. Mass of Christian Burial is 10:00 am, Monday, February 1, 2021 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church, 2120 S. Harrison St., with calling one hour prior. A private visitation will be held Sunday, January 31, 2021 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N.
