Dorothy Deane Stoller, 90, of Leo, IN passed away Wednesday, December 14, 2022 in Fort Wayne. She was born in Paulding, OH to the late Lester & Dorothy Allshouse. For around 20 years she was a unit secretary at Lutheran Hospital. She was long known as a frequent & meticulous hostess for family gatherings, a prize-winning pie baker, and a spiritual mentor / mother to many – locally & internationally. She belonged to the Leo Apostolic Christian Church. She is survived by 3 sons: Ernest (Janice) of Spencerville, IN, Lester (Judy) of Middlebury, IN, and Timothy (Michaela) of Magnolia, DE; 7 grandchildren, Jarrod, Jessica (Tim) Stoller-Conrad, Kira, Rika, Nathaniel (Sarah), Kerrick, and Jonathan (Tori) Stoller; 2 great-grandsons, Freddie and Felix Conrad; 4 brothers: James (Judy) of Muncie, IN, David (Carla) of Bryan, OH, Robert (Deanna) of Angola, IN, and Richard (Gail) Allshouse of Centennial, CO, and 2 sisters: Jean (Terry) Baker of Fostoria, OH and Nancy (Norman) Larsen of Bremen, IN. She was preceded in death by 3 infant children, an adult son, Dean (Bruddy), and her husband of 58 years, Ernie. Services will be held at the Leo Apostolic Christian Church, 11714 Grabill Rd at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 21, with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM. Burial will take place at 2:30 PM at the Latty Apostolic Christian Cemetery, 12867 County Rd. 82 Paulding, OH 45879.
