Dion A. Scott, age 53, passed away Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at his home in Fort Wayne, IN. He was born in Auburn, CA to the late Talbert Scott and Victoria Jones. Scott proudly and honorably served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps. during the first Gulf War as a Radio Operator. He suffered from a traumatic brain injury and post-traumatic stress as a result from combat. After his time in the military, Scott retired from sales in the beverage industry. He is survived by his brother, Douglas (Julie) Hedges of Detroit, MI; Brother-in-Arms, Carl Vinegar; and friend, Stephanie McKenzie Price of Fort Wayne, IN. Service is 12:00 pm, Wednesday February 1, 2023 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. with calling two hours prior beginning at 10:00 am.
