Dian K. Gfell, age 78, of Leo, IN passed away Monday, October 21, 2024 in Fort Wayne. She was born in Urbana, IN to the late Alva and Dorothy Corwin. Dian served faithfully as a registered nurse, first at Parkview for over 20 years in labor and delivery, and more recently with Dr. W. David Pepple for over 26 years. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Greg Gfell; son, David (Monica) Isaacson; grandchild, Ryann "Alexander" Isaacson; step-daughter, Amanda Hawk; and step-grandchildren, Clint and Renae. Dian was also preceded in death by her step-children, Kevin and Leslie Gfell. The visitation is 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm, Saturday, November 2, 2024 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N.
