Obituary
Dennis Gene Makovicka, 71, passed away on Monday September 26, 2016. Born the son of Emil Makovicka and Mae Smith in Auburn, IN; Dennis was a Veteran of the United States Army. He retired from Tokheim in Fort Wayne, IN. Dennis was an avid White Sox and IU Basketball fan.
Surviving are his wife, Paulette Makovicka, Ft.Wayne, one son, Mason Makovicka, Wilminton, NC; one daughter Melissa (Tony) Shultz, Ft Wayne; one brother Delbert Makovicka, Waterloo, IN; one sister Darlene (Al) Schwartz, Ft Wayne, IN. and three grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial service will be held Saturday October 8, 2016 at 2 p.m. at Ascension Lutheran Church 8811 St Joe Rd Fort Wayne.
