Dennis K. Clawson, age 67, passed away Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at his home in Fort Wayne surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Fort Wayne to the late Phyllis Clawson. Dennis worked as a master machinist for Quadrant. After retirement, he loved gardening and watching both the Detroit Lions and I.U. Basketball. Most of all he loved being a "Papa" to his grandchildren. Dennis is survived by his children, Tara Clawson, Jacob (Sara) Clawson, Courtney Clawson, Kanan Clawson, Heaven Clawson, and Dezaray Clawson; 10 grandchildren; sister, Diana (Steve) Brunkhart; and his significant other, Rachel Love. He was also preceded in death by his son, Cody Clawson; granddaughter, Mya Veazy; 3 brothers; and 1 sister. Service is 1:00 pm, Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. with calling two hours prior beginning at 11:00 am. Burial at Catholic Cemetery.
