Denise Rae Motes, 65, passed away peacefully Monday, July 27th, 2020 at her home in Fort Wayne surrounded in love by her family. She was born in Fort Wayne to late Lewis and Edwina Stocker. She is survived by her husband, Scott Motes of Fort Wayne; sons, Adam Motes and Westin Motes both of Fort Wayne; siblings, Anita Teusch of Fort Wayne, Lucretia (Jeff) Roe of Churubusco, IN, and Kevin Stocker of Fort Wayne; sister-in-law, Renee (David) Telling of Hudson, OH; two nieces; two nephews; four great-nieces; two great-nephews; and her granddog, Buster. Service is 10:30 am, Monday, August 3, 2020 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. with calling one hour prior. Calling also 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm on Sunday, August 2, 2020 at the funeral home. Burial following at Covington Memorial Gardens.
