Denise Ann Lampkins, 56, passed away Thursday, January 7, 2021. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana Denise was the daughter of Jerry Hanthorne and Judy Johnson who survive. Denise attended North Side High School. During her working years, Denise was a human resource coordinator. She enjoyed photography, gardening, painting, arts, and crafts, genealogy, and animals. She was a member of the Fort Wayne Curling Club for many years. Surviving are her husband, David Lampkins; daughter, Brandy Lampkins; sisters, Tammy Fry, Mishelle (Kent) Meyer, Melissa (Matt) Madden, Angela McCann; and grandmother, Clare Hanthorne. Service is 2 pm, Saturday, January 16, 2021 at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton Street with calling one hour prior. Memorials may be made to Allen County SPCA.
