Debra K. Waikel, age 69, passed away on October 20, 2026, in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born in Decatur, IN, to the late Wayne and Betty Fisher.

Debra had a deep love for the outdoors, especially camping, and took great pride in creating award-winning campsites, earning recognition for having the best campsite. She was also an avid NASCAR enthusiast and a devoted Chicago Bears fan who rarely missed a race or game.

Debra is survived by her husband, Gary Wallace; daughter, Sarah (Greg) Asher; four granddaughters; 2 great-grandchildren; two brothers, David Fisher and Steve (Sue) Fisher.

She was also preceded in death by her brother, John Fisher.
