Debra Ruth Hartman, 67, passed away Friday, July 9, 2021. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana Debra was a daughter of the late Dale and Vivian Brown. She worked for Tokheim for 7 years. Debra was a devoted wife, caring mother, and cherished taking care of her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her creative, thoughtful and giving personality allowed her to create and gift many tokens of love to her family over the years. Debra enjoyed gardening, cooking, and watching NASCAR. Debra never met a stranger and was everyone's "Aunt Debbie." Surviving are her husband, Ronald Hartman; children, Ronald (Stephanie) Hartman, Rhonda (Nicholas) Bennigan; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; siblings, Richard Brown, Jane (William) Schmidt, and Barbara Brown. Debra was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Mellie Bishop; and sister, Eva Shuler. Service is 11 am, Thursday, July 15, 2021 at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton Street, with calling one hour prior. Calling also Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at the funeral home from 2 pm to 4 pm and 6 pm to 8 pm.
