Dawn M. Forsythe, 57 of Fort Wayne, passed away on June 26, 2026. Born to Ralph and Darleen (Hutchens) Forsythe on February 7, 1969, Dawn attended St. Rose School in Lima Ohio. She later attended Elmhurst High School in Fort Wayne, graduating in 1988.

Surviving is her son, Andrew Forsythe of Fort Wayne; her sister, Susy Pyles of Lima Ohio; several cousins; a few aunts and uncles; and a niece, Jennifer and her family.

Dawn was employed by Centennial/AT&T telecommunications Center from 2001-2011.
