David W. Bates, 64, passed away Monday, November 11, 2019 in Fort Wayne. He was born in Kalamazoo to the late John and Norma Bates. David is survived by his children, Amy Biggs, Jeremy (Alyssa Lau) Bates, and Jennifer Mrozowski; 7 grandchildren; former daughter-in-law, Rebekah (Andy) Neireiter. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Ginny Bates. Service is 1:00 pm Friday, November 15, 2019 at Fairhaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. with calling one hour prior.
