David Jay Agee, age 63, of Fort Wayne, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, June 22, 2025. Born in New Castle, Indiana, David was the son of Ernest Agee and Linda (Dickerson) Salts. He spent much of his life working as a roofer, dedicating his skills to projects throughout both Florida and Indiana. Known for his hardworking spirit and love of the outdoors, David found joy in simple pleasures—hunting, fishing, and especially riding his motorcycle, which brought him peace and freedom. David is survived by his children, Jared Nagel, Cody Nagel, and Heather Rish; his mother, Linda Salts; and his siblings, John Agee, William Lee Agee, and Ross Gallimore. He also leaves behind his dearest friends, Harold and Terri MacDonald, who were like family to him. He was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Agee, and his beloved son, Colton Nagel. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2140 Oakley St. Fort Wayne, IN 46802 on Saturday July 12th 2025 and will begin at 2:00pm and end when it ends-  allowing friends and family to gather and honor David's memory in the way he would have wanted—surrounded by those who knew and loved him best.
