Daphanie Rae Perry, age 51, passed away on January 9, 2026 at her home in Fort Wayne, IN. She was born in Coldwater, MI, and worked in merchandising for Lewis Bakery.

Daphanie will be remembered for the deep love and unwavering care she poured into her family. She found joy in cooking for those she loved, and her meals were always offered with an open heart and received with gratitude. Her life was marked by quiet generosity, and she embodied the true meaning of selflessness.

Daphanie is survived by her husband, Chris Perry; two daughters, Shawna Perry and Maegan Perry; granddaughter, Opal; and her siblings, Lori Browand and Tom Church

She was preceded in death by her son, Cody Church; mother, Judy Church; and her sister, Pam Picklesimer
