Daniel William Stahlhut, age 27, of Fort Wayne passed away Sunday, February 27, 2022 in Garrett, IN. He was born in Decatur, IN to Lowell (Laura) Stahlhut and Susan (Tom) Bandor both of Fort Wayne. Daniel worked as a diesel mechanic and heavy equipment operator. He loved working on engines and tinkering with anything mechanical. Daniel is also survived by his son, Hunter Stahlhut; brother, Paul Stahlhut; paternal grandmother, Darlene Stahlhut; maternal grandparents, Doug and Jane Doehrmann. Daniel was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Donald Stahlhut. Service is 11:00 am, Friday, March 4, 2022 at Pathway Community Church, 1010 Carrol Rd. with calling one hour prior.
