Daniel R. "Dan" Augustyniak, 47, passed away on Friday, October 11, 2024. Born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, Dan was a son of the late Anthony Augustyniak and Joyce Augustyniak who survives. Dan graduated from Heritage High School. Dan worked for Wayne Pipe for many years and was currently a delivery driver. Dan cherished the time with his children and enjoyed cooking. He was an avid fan of the Detroit Lions. Surviving are his mother, Joyce; children, Autumn Augustyniak, Anthony Augustyniak; brother, Wyatt (Santa) Augustyniak; and nephew, Weiland. Dan was preceded in death by his father, Anthony; grandparents, Barney and Carrie Ellenburg and Walter and Charlotte Augustyniak. Service is 12 noon, Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton Street, with calling one hour prior. Burial in Divine Mercy, Catholic Cemetery Fort Wayne.
