Cynthia JM Fyock, 73, of New Haven passed away on Sunday February 04, 2024. She was born to the late Fred and Edna Mervine in Fort Wayne. Cynthia graduated from New Haven High School. She worked for Standard Federal Bank for 20 years, owned her own antiques store for 20 years, and was most recently employed at Mid-States Electric. She was a member of the Philharmonic Friends. She enjoyed golfing, crafting, antiquing, and spending time with family. Cynthia was a member of St Peter's Lutheran Church.
Cynthia is survived by her husband, Douglas; son, Ryan(Nicole) Dammeyer of Surprise, AZ; step daughter, Gretchen (Michael Hamilton) Fyock of Prairie Du Sac, WI; grandchildren, Jude, Phineas, Ellasyn, Julianna, Addilyn, and soon to be Zander; sister, Diana Hunter of Fort Wayne, IN; sister, Irene (Jarlath Hume) Mahler of Seattle, WA; brother, Fred (Phyllis) Mervine II of Ukiah, CA; sister Julia (Tim) Bickel of Cedar Rapids, IA; and daughter in law Lindsay Gibson of Fort Wayne, IN.
She was preceded in death by her stepson Grant Fyock.
Funeral Services for Cynthia will be held on Friday, February 9, 2024, at 10:30 am with visitation 1 hour prior at FairHaven Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 6557 N. Clinton St. Visitation will also take place on Thursday February 8, 2024, from 4-8pm also at the funeral home. Entombment will take place at Concordia Cemetery Gardens.
