Connie Wolfe, Passed away at Parkview Regional Medical Center in Fort Wayne. Connie was a loving mother, wife and friend. She is survived by husband, Robert, daughters Penni Sue, and Bobbi Jo (Ryan). 13 Grandchildren, and 2 great Grandchildren, as well as her beloved Chihuahua, Peaches. In accordance to Connie's wishes, she will be cremated.
